How soon will my order ship?

We believe in speedy shipping, and if we receive your order early on a business day, we will try to ship it the same day. If not, we will ship it as soon as possible within 2 business days.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

With standard shipping, we’ll ship your package by US Postal Service Priority Mail or by UPS Ground Service. Generally, if the package weighs less than three pounds, we will ship it by USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive after the shipping date (APO and FPO delivery will take longer). Priority Mail is usually very quick and reliable. If the package weighs over three pounds or is large, we will ship it via UPS Ground Service, and depending on your location, the package will arrive 3-6 business days after the shipping date (UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).  Large packages sent by UPS to Alaska or Hawaii may be shipped by USPS Parcel Post, which will take longer to arrive. We will send you tracking information for your package the evening it is shipped via e-mail. Please note that there may be delays in delivery during busy holiday periods or weather conditions may slow down delivery.

How do I cancel or change my order?

You can e-mail us at info -at- or use our contact us form, or call us at 1-877-444-4234 to let us know what you would like to change or cancel. Please do this as soon as possible after you place your order.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with any product you receive from us. If you would like an exchange or refund, or need to return an item for any reason, please advise us by e-mail using the contact us form within 10 days of receipt of the item to have the return authorized. Merchandise should be returned within 30 days of purchase and in new condition with packaging and tags attached. Please include a copy of the invoice or a note with your order number and name and e-mail address. Please package the item properly to avoid breakage. Items returned not in new condition or broken will not be refunded. Original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item was received defective or we shipped it in error to you. What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, in addition to Paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Do you charge sales tax?

No. We are located in Oregon which has no sales tax!

Is it safe to order online with a credit card?

When you use your credit card with the Sock Monkey Company, rest assured that the transaction is secure. Our server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology through Paypal. We do not see or store your credit card information. If you would prefer to make your purchase by phone, please give us a call at 1-877-444-2234, 9 AM – 4 PM Pacific Time. If you leave a message on our phone system, we will return your call as soon as possible!

How do I use a coupon?

If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the promotional code box that is located in your shopping cart information below the Shipping Method. Click the Update Cart box, and your discount should be applied. Please note that the discount applies to merchandise only.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

If you have a gift certificate, please enter the code in the Gift Certificate Code box that is located in your shopping cart below the Shipping Method. Click the Update Cart box and your gift certificate amount should be applied to your purchase. If you still have value left on your certificate, you can use it the next time you order from us.

A wish list is a fun way to keep track of your favorite things, but it can also be shared with family and friends so they’ll know what you like. You can send your wish list to another person by sending them a link to it.

Do you have a mailing list?

Yes, we do! You can sign up for it by entering your address under the blue “Sign up for our Mailing List” area on the left lower section of our home page. We will occasionally send you information about new products or special offers. We never share your e-mail address with anyone, and we promise not to bombard you with mailings!

Do you have a catalog or sell your products wholesale?
